- Whole grain pizza dough - 200 grams
- Chistorra sausage - 100 grams, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole grain pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a 10-inch pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Layer the sliced chistorra sausage evenly over the dough.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes on top of the chistorra.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables and sausage.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
