Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Grate the zucchini using a box grater and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, almond flour, ground flaxseed, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
