- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced red onion and red bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the soaked and shredded salted cod, smoked paprika, and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- On a floured surface, roll out the whole wheat pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the sautéed mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the sliced black olives and crumbled feta cheese over the top.
