  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced red onion and red bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soaked and shredded salted cod, smoked paprika, and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the whole wheat pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the sautéed mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the sliced black olives and crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  9. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the pizza.
