  • Fresh basil leaves - 20 grams
  • Tomato sauce (sugar-free) - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Olives (sliced) - 30 grams
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the egg and olive oil to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread the dough into a round pizza shape about 1 cm thick.
