- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black olives (sliced) - 50 grams
- Anchovy fillets - 40 grams
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, flatten the dough into a round pizza crust, about 1 cm thick.
- Drizzle olive oil over the crust and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and evenly distribute the sliced black olives and anchovy fillets over the top.
