- Zucchini - 1 medium, diced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Tomatoes - 3 medium, peeled and chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
