- Pork shoulder - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red bell pepper - 1, cut into squares
- Onion - 1, cut into squares
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water
Steps
- Cut the pork shoulder into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the pork cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork cubes, red bell pepper, and onion alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
