Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the red bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise, removing the seeds and stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, and sea salt.
- Brush the mixture generously over the cut sides of the bell peppers.
- Place the peppers cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the skins are blistered and the peppers are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before flipping them over.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
