Ingredients

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and dry the red bell peppers, then cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Place the pepper halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. Mince the garlic and sprinkle it evenly over the peppers.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the peppers and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the roasted peppers and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
