  • Jalapeño - 1 small, seeded and finely chopped
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Add the seeded and finely chopped jalapeño to the bowl.
  3. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and add salt and black pepper.
  4. Gently mix all ingredients together until well combined.
