  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and lemon juice, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes (if using).
  7. Gently add the fish fillets to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over them.
  8. Cover the skillet and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
