Steps
- In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Gently add the fish fillets to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over them.
- Cover the skillet and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
