- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the light beer, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
