  • Light beer - 120ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the light beer, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. After marinating, place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
