  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable broth - 100 milliliters

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade all over the turkey breast, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated turkey breast in a baking dish and pour the vegetable broth around it.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with your choice of vegetables or a fresh salad.
