- Vegetable broth - 100 milliliters
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the turkey breast, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated turkey breast in a baking dish and pour the vegetable broth around it.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
