  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Spanish aioli (low carb) - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two burger patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the lettuce wraps. Lay out two large romaine lettuce leaves for each burger.
