- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the soybean pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced chorizo to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it starts to brown.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
