  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the green pea pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked green pea pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra basil and Parmesan if desired.
