- Green pea pasta - 150 grams

- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the green pea pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked green pea pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra basil and Parmesan if desired.
