  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles (zoodles).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
