- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- White wine - 100 milliliters
- Shrimp - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
- Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 1, juiced
Steps
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Let it reduce for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and mussels to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mussels open and the shrimp turns pink.
- Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in the cooked spaghetti until well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley before serving.
