- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chistorra sausage and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper to the skillet, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the pepper is tender.
