  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chistorra sausage and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper to the skillet, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the pepper is tender.
  4. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
