- Zucchini - 1, diced

- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Chickpeas (canned) - 200 grams, drained and rinsed
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add the diced red and green bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
