- gelatin powder - 1 tsp
- water - 2 tbsp
- lemon zest - 1 tsp
- orange zest - 1 tsp
- erythritol - 2 tbsp
- sea salt - a pinch
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine the gelatin powder and water, allowing it to bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, lemon zest, orange zest, and sea salt over medium heat until just simmering, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into two serving glasses or ramekins, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
