Ingredients

  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Almonds (finely ground) - 30 g
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Gelatin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Almonds (sliced, for garnish) - 10 g

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, heavy cream, honey, ground almonds, and a pinch of salt over low heat.
  2. Stir the mixture gently until it is warmed through and the honey is fully dissolved, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
