- Butter - 10 grams (for greasing)
- Raisins - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a small baking dish with butter.
- Cut the stale bread into small cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and gently fold in the raisins, ensuring all the bread is soaked.
