Steps

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with honey, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture until well combined.
