Steps
- Cut the gluten-free bread into small cubes and set aside.

- Add the diced chorizo to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until it starts to brown and release its oils.

- Gently stir the mixture until the eggs are cooked through and well combined with the bread and vegetables, about 3-4 minutes.
