- Lemon - 1, juiced and zested
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and calamari to the marinade, tossing to coat thoroughly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated seafood onto skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the seafood is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
