  • Scallops - 150 grams
  • Calamari - 100 grams, cleaned and cut into rings
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, juiced and zested
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp, scallops, and calamari to the marinade, tossing to coat thoroughly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the marinated seafood onto skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
  5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the seafood is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
