Ingredients

  • Prawns - 200 grams
  • Mussels - 200 grams
  • Calamari - 150 grams, cleaned and sliced
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated seafood onto skewers for easy grilling (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand).
  5. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the prawns are pink and opaque, and the mussels have opened up.
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
