  • Coconut oil - 50 grams (melted)
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, whole wheat flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, mixing well.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, stirring until a crumbly dough forms.
  4. Using your hands, form the dough into small balls (about the size of a walnut) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
  5. Flatten each ball gently with your palm to create a disk shape.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
