Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter, lemon zest, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
