Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, ground almonds, powdered sugar, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil and lemon zest together until well combined.
