Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 70 grams
  • Vegetable oil (or olive oil) - 50 ml
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sesame seeds - 20 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable oil and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until a crumbly dough forms.
  5. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into flat discs, about 1 cm thick.
  6. Place the shaped discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each disc, pressing them lightly into the dough.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
