- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Rinse the lentils under cold water and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Add the chopped tomato to the pot and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the lentils, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, until the lentils are tender.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a separate pot according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Once the lentils are cooked, combine the spaghetti with the lentil mixture, stirring well to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
