- Romaine lettuce - 4 large leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chorizo, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
