- Romaine lettuce - 2 leaves
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Romesco sauce - 4 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined, then form into 2 equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until desired doneness is reached.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly in another pan or toaster.
