- Lettuce - 2 leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced

- Aioli - 4 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for about 20 minutes until tender. Drain and let it cool.
- Once cooled, chop the octopus into bite-sized pieces and place it in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper to the chopped octopus. Mix well to combine.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the octopus mixture. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly crispy, stirring occasionally.
- While the octopus is cooking, toast the burger buns lightly on another skillet or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the crispy octopus. Top with sliced tomato, red onion, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and a generous dollop of aioli.
- Finish with the top half of the bun and serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
