  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 (beaten)
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 (for serving)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, beaten egg, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
