- Red bell pepper - 1 large
- Yellow bell pepper - 1 large
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the red and yellow bell peppers in half and remove the seeds and stems. Place them cut-side down on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the skin is blistered and the peppers are tender.
- While the peppers are roasting, prepare the burger patties. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground kosher beef, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until just combined, then form into two equal patties.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Meanwhile, prepare the garlic aioli by mincing the garlic cloves and mixing them with mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Once the peppers are done roasting, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly before peeling off the skin.
- Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the hamburguesas by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked burger patty, roasted bell peppers, a slice of tomato, and a dollop of garlic aioli. Top with the other half of the bun.
