  • Oats - 50g

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium (sliced)
  • Avocado - 1 (sliced)
  • Vegan mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine walnuts, almonds, cooked chickpeas, oats, minced garlic, chopped onion, and parsley. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still has some texture.
