- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Whole grain burger buns - 2
- Fresh arugula - 1 cup
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the asparagus for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
