Steps
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Remove the chistorra from its casing and form it into two patties.
- Cook the chistorra patties in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Manchego cheese on each patty to melt.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden.
