- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Sliced tomatoes - 1 medium
Steps
- Clean the clams thoroughly under cold water, scrubbing the shells to remove any grit.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the clams (chopped), ground beef, almond flour, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two burger patties, ensuring they are compact and hold together.
