  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Sliced tomatoes - 1 medium

Steps

  1. Clean the clams thoroughly under cold water, scrubbing the shells to remove any grit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the clams (chopped), ground beef, almond flour, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into two burger patties, ensuring they are compact and hold together.
