- Fresh basil leaves - 30 grams (about 1 cup, packed)
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Gluten-free burger buns - 2
- Goat cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped basil leaves, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the gluten-free buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the burger patty, sliced tomato, crumbled goat cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Top with the other half of the bun, serve immediately, and enjoy your Hamburguesa de Albahaca!
