  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Kosher hamburger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined and form into two patties.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced red and green bell peppers and chopped onion, sautéing until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
