- Burger buns (kosher) - 2 pieces
- Lettuce leaves - 4 leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Pickles - 4 slices
- Mayonnaise (kosher) - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard (kosher) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
