  • Burger buns (kosher) - 2 pieces
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Pickles - 4 slices
  • Mayonnaise (kosher) - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard (kosher) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1.5 cm thick.
