- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into 1 cm thick rounds
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into large chunks
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh mint - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt to create a marinade.
- Add the pineapple, peach, plum, zucchini, and bell pepper to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
- Let the fruits and vegetables marinate for about 10 minutes.

- Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.
