Steps
- Wash and cut the zucchini, red bell pepper, carrot, and onion into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine the chickpea flour, water, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a smooth batter.
- Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until hot.
- Dip each vegetable strip into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Carefully place the battered vegetables into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
