  • Feta cheese - 30 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the diced zucchini and red bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes until softened.
