  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the cooked spinach and onion in the skillet.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly on top.
  9. Cook on the stove for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.
  10. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly golden on top.
