- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cooked spinach and onion in the skillet.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly on top.
- Cook on the stove for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly golden on top.
