Ingredients

  • Chopped almonds - 30 grams
  • Raisins - 30 grams

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine the almond milk, sugar, and cinnamon stick. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Gradually whisk in the cornmeal to avoid lumps, and continue stirring to prevent sticking.
  3. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest, vanilla extract, chopped almonds, and raisins.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and let it cool to room temperature.
