  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - for frying

Steps

  1. 1. Begin by placing the pork loin between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound it until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. 2. Lay the slices of Serrano ham evenly over each piece of pork, followed by the cheese slices.
  3. 3. Roll the pork tightly from one end to the other and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. 4. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. In another bowl, beat the egg until well combined.
  6. 6. Dip each rolled pork piece into the egg, then coat it thoroughly in the almond flour mixture.
